How do I book a session?
Book directly on
TheKitchenDMV.com. Choose your service, date, and time.
How much does studio time cost?
Room-only starts at $40/hr. With an engineer starts at $75/hr. Discounted block bundles are available.
Do I need to bring my own engineer?
Not required — we have in-house engineers. You can also book room-only and bring your own.
What equipment do you provide?
Industry-standard mics, preamps, monitors, plus Pro Tools, Logic, and FL Studio.
Is podcast equipment included?
Yes — up to 4 pro microphones, a podcast mixer, and headphones.
Do you offer video podcasting?
Yes — Audio + Video packages start at $250 (90-min) with one 4K camera. Add extra cameras and editing as needed.
Can remote guests join my podcast?
Absolutely — we support Zoom and similar platforms for remote interviews.
Can I book the studio for photos or music videos?
Yes — the space is built for both photography and video production.
Do you provide photographers/videographers?
Yes — hire our in-house team or bring your own crew.
How do payments work?
Pay online at booking. We accept major cards and offer Klarna/Afterpay on select packages.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes — deposits secure your slot. Remaining balance is due at the start of your session.
Do you offer memberships or bundles?
Yes — monthly podcast memberships and discounted recording bundles are available.
Do you have special packages?
Yes — packages like our Birthday Studio Experience and seasonal artist bundles include recording, photo, and video content.
Do you host events or workshops?
Yes — weekly producer/artist workshops and showcases like The Cook Up and Fresh Out the Kitchen.
Do you allow food or drinks?
Light food & drinks in designated areas only — please help us keep the space clean.
