TERMS & CONDITIONS AGREEMENT

THE KITCHEN DMV STUDIO

This Terms & Conditions Agreement Agreement made between The Kitchen DMV Studio, or and any individual or entity client, or you who books, rents, or uses our studio facilities. By booking or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

1. GENERAL AGREEMENT

1.1. Clients must respect studio staff, equipment, and premises at all times. Any form of misconduct, including violence, harassment, or inappropriate behavior, will result in immediate termination of the session without a refund.

1.2. All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your session. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the start of your session.

1.3. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of any payments made.

1.4. The Kitchen DMV reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or entity at its sole discretion.

2. CLIENT LIABILITY & DAMAGES

2.1. Clients are fully responsible for themselves and their guests while on studio premises. The Kitchen DMV is not liable for any personal injuries, lost or stolen property, or damages incurred.

2.2. Clients agree to use all studio equipment and facilities properly. Any damage caused to studio equipment, property, or premises whether intentional or accidental will be the financial responsibility of the Client. Clients must cover the full cost of repair or replacement.

2.3. Clients are required to notify studio staff immediately if any damage occurs. Failure to do so may result in additional penalties or legal action.

3. ALCOHOL, DRUGS, & SUBSTANCE USE

3.1. The Kitchen DMV does not provide or sell alcohol or drugs. Any consumption of alcohol or drugs on studio premises is done at the Client’s own discretion and risk.

3.2. Clients are fully responsible for their actions while under the influence of any substances. The Kitchen DMV is not liable for any injuries, damages, or legal consequences that arise due to substance use.

3.3. Any disruptive or dangerous behavior caused by intoxication may result in immediate termination of the session without a refund. The Kitchen DMV reserves the right to remove individuals from the premises at its sole discretion.

4. MEDIA RECORDING & CONTENT USAGE

4.1. The Kitchen DMV reserves the right to document and record general activities within the studio for promotional and security purposes.

4.2. Clients who participate in studio-related events, workshops, or recorded sessions grant The Kitchen DMV permission to use their likeness, image, or recordings for promotional materials unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

5. INDEMNIFICATION & LIABILITY WAIVER

5.1. Clients agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Kitchen DMV, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses including legal fees arising from:

Any injury, loss, or damage suffered by the Client or their guests.

Any damage to studio property or third-party property caused by the Client.

Any legal or financial consequences resulting from the Client’s actions while on studio premises.

5.2. The Kitchen DMV is not responsible for any failure to provide services due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to power outages, equipment malfunctions, or emergencies.

6. MISCELLANEOUS

6.1. These terms and conditions are legally binding and governed by the laws of MARYLAND.

6.2. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in MARYLAND.

6.3. The Kitchen DMV reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.

By booking or using The Kitchen DMV studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
